In the biennial charity auction of the 10th Only Watch, the unique Zenith x Felipe Pantone DEFY double tourbillon co-branded model won the interest and enthusiasm of bidders from the auction house, telephone and online bidders. This one-time creation auction set a new record for any watch sold at auction by Zenith. All proceeds from this auction (no buyer or seller commission) will be donated to the Monégasque contre les Myopathies association.

After the success of the DEFY 21 Felipe Pantone limited edition, Zenith sought the talent of this acclaimed optical artist to reinterpret its most complex chronograph to date, equipped with a double tourbillon mechanism to adjust the timing and 1/100 Second chronograph. Zenith’s futuristic DEFY series uses a transparent sapphire case for the first time. The outstanding movement and open dial adopts innovative rainbow gradient PVD surface treatment, and incorporates the moiré effect and other visual elements in Felipe Pantone’s work. A high degree of color.
The winning bidder of the unique DEFY 21 Double Tourbillon Only Watch 2021 will also receive Felipe Pantone’s original signed artwork and a private party with the artist himself. This enamel and UV paint called “Optichromie 135 Z” is applied to the aluminum painting in the artist’s signature style, created exclusively for Zenith.
