HYT H1 Aviation RC44
The H1 Air RC44 was created in association with the sailing championship. Since February 2015, HYT has been the official timer of the RC44 sailing race created by Russell Coutts, which is the 5 times winner of the America’s Cup (one of the most difficult circuits in the world).
The movement of the H1 Air RC44 is covered by a sapphire dial, which is the first of replica HYT. The part of the dial covering the bellows is kept translucent, so that the heart of the watch is unobstructed. For the same visibility reasons, two other uncolored open areas are also integrated: the seconds are displayed on the left side of the dial, and the power reserve is displayed on the right.
On the RC44, the sapphire dial is decorated with application chapters made of a single piece of carbon, reminiscent of the super perfectionist structure of a racing monocoque.
